Gail has run her nursery in Santa Fe for over 40 years and specializes in native plant species. Gail will be taking us on a tour of the Railyard Park, a Park showcasing a large selection of hardy native plants, and teaching us horticultural tips as well as taking any and all of your questions. Native plants are suited to this high desert climate and thrive in various microhabitats – if you know where and how to grow them.
Gail is a wealth of knowledge and we hope you will take advantage of this opportunity to learn as much as you can and use this knowledge at home to plan your landscaping and gardening needs.
Where: Meet outside of the Railyard Park Community Room where we will sign in, distribute parking passes to use during the workshop and begin our tour.
Please RSVP if possible by contacting the Program Coordinator Christy Downs : christy@railyardpark.org / 505.316.3596.
