The Otero (Alamogordo) chapter is conducting a field trip to Grindstone Lake Nature Trail on July 27. Meet at 8 AM at the “Y” (highways 54 and 70) in Tularosa to carpool.
We’re heading for Ruidoso for a walk in the cool pines and alongside a pleasant little mountain lake. We’ll keep our eyes open for the wildlife and water birds!
