Join Christina Selby, conservation photographer and writer, and author of Best Wildflower Hikes of New Mexico, on the Borrego Trail to discover why this is one of her favorite Santa Fe county wildflower trails. We will take a leisurely walk over to Tesuque Creek and back. This trail is 3.4 miles roundtrip with some moderately steep sections. Bring a lunch to enjoy by the creek. We plan to be back at the trailhead by 1:00 P.M. Carpooling is encouraged because the Borrego trailhead is a busy summer weekend trailhead – anyone willing to carpool can meet at the parking area opposite the Chamisa trail head at 9:15am. This trip is limited to 15 people. Please RSVP to Sylvan Kaufman, sylvan.kaufman [at] gmail [dot] com; (410) 310-0160.
