The Gardens are adjacent to the Centennial Museum; the Museum has a free parking lot (ask toll booth for directions); additional parking is available at the Sun Bowl Parking Garage
Farmer’s Market and Brunch/Lunch:  Ardovino’s Desert Crossing,  1 Ardovinos Dr. Sunland Park NM; we’ll meet for lunch at Ardovino’s after our tour of the Garden for anyone who would like to have lunch together.

Meeting time, location, and carpooling:
Meet at Chihuahuan Desert Gardens at UTEP in El Paso at 9:00 am for a guided tour of The Gardens, a botanical garden dedicated to the flora of the Chihuahuan Desert and adjacent regions in the United States and Mexico.

If you would like to carpool either as a driver or rider, please text or call Ken Steigman (phone number sent in February 5th email; not posted online to maintain privacy) and he will try to match drivers and riders.  In order to get to UTEP by 9:00, we will need to leave Las Cruces at 8:00 am.
