If you have never seen Eric Metzler’s presentation on moths at White Sands National Park, I assure you, you are in for a treat! If you have seen it, you already know the treat you are in for. Suggestion: Bring a friend and make it a full day in this beautiful part of Otero County by picking one of the many trails to hike in the Cloudcroft area and/or meander the Burro Street shops prior to the presentation at 4:00 pm and then stick around for dinner somewhere in Cloudcroft. Then, top off the night with swing/blues/country trio, Tiger Alley at the Shady Pines ‘Bertha’ Stage at 200 Fox Ave. This is a very special venue tucked in the land of fairies.
