The Santa Fe Chapter of the Native Plant Society of New Mexico will have an in-person meeting at the Christ Lutheran Church, 1701 Arroyo Chamiso Rd.

Clay Meredith is the Species Survival Officer for Plants at the New Mexico BioPark Society. In this role, he coordinates plant conservation strategy including assessment of extinction risk, conservation planning, and on the ground actions for medicinal plants across the globe. With a background in paleoecology and anthropology, he focuses on engaging communities in conservation efforts and seeking new partnerships for plant conservation strategies ranging from building new horticultural networks, to substituting wild plants used for medicinal purposes.
